Return Window

You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, wigs, beauty tools, and opened self-care products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
